Hotell Conrad Reception Opening Hours

Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 AM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM*

Please note that opening hours may vary on certain occasions.

If the reception is unstaffed and you require assistance, please call +46455–36 32 00.
A voice message will inform you of the number to reach our on-call staff.

Cleaning and Bed Linen

Your apartment is cleaned once a week. Bed linen and towels are replaced at the same time.
You are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and taking out your own garbage.

Cleaning takes place between 08:00 and 12:00 AM on the weekday assigned to your address.
The apartment must be accessible during this time, as cleaning staff cannot return later.

Cleaning schedule by address:

  • Hantverkaregatan – Mondays

  • Västra Vittusgatan – Tuesdays

  • Västra Köpmansgatan – Wednesdays

Electricity and Services

Heating, water, electricity, TV, and internet are included in the rent.
Breakfast is not included, but can be added for SEK 160 per day.
If you choose this option, you are welcome to enjoy the breakfast buffet at Hotell Conrad, Västra Köpmansgatan 12.

Garbage Disposal

All garbagerooms are accessible from the outside of your apartment building using the same code or key as for entering your apartment/building.

  • Västra Köpmansgatan: The waste room is found at the courtyardside of the building, behind a white door marked “Sopor” (waste).

  • Västra Vittusgatan: The waste room is to the left of the main entrance, behind a grey door.

  • Hantverkaregatan: The waste room is located outside, in connection to the main entrance.

Rules and Policies

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas belonging to Hotell Conrad.According to Swedish law, smoking is also not permitted directly outside the building entrances. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only on the opposite side of the street from the entrances. Any smoking or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged upon departure.

Pets are welcome in certain apartments by prior arrangement only. During cleaning, pets must be kept separate; otherwise, cleaning cannot be carried out.

Laundry Room

A laundry room is available in each building. Please book your time and show consideration for other residents’ reservations. Bring your own detergent and leave the laundry room clean and tidy after use.

Laundry room locations:

  • Västra Köpmansgatan: On the entrance floor. A key box is located on the laundry room door; use the same code as for the building entrance to retrieve the key.

  • Västra Vittusgatan & Hantverkaregatan: Use your apartment key to open the laundry room door.
