Breakfast
We hope our breakfast will give you a great start to the day. The breakfast buffet is located on the same floor as the reception in the main building. To make sure all guests enjoy a calm and pleasant morning, seating is limited, so we kindly ask you to book a breakfast time at the reception.

Parking
We offer 30 parking spaces divided between two lots, along with a few spaces on Vittusgatan. Parking costs 150 SEK/night and must be booked to be used.
In addition there are 6 charging stations avalible for electric cars. These cost 250 SEK/night, including charging.
Pool & Relaxation Area
Need a moment to unwind?
In the summer of 2025 we opened our newly renovated pool and relaxation area. Here you can enjoy a spapool with seating and a water temperature of 38°C – it doesn’t get much better!
As a staying guest, you may book one private hour between 08:00–21:00, free of charge. Book your time at the reception and enjoy the area all to yourself or together with your company. Right next to the pool you’ll also find a dry sauna, which you turn on with a timer during your booked time.
We also offer another sauna in the Gula huset, available around the clock. If you have any questions, just contact the reception.
Fitness Options
If you’d like to work out during your stay, we have a small fitness room available between 08:00–21:00. It includes a treadmill, exercise bike and free weights.
If you want a full workout, we collaborate with Scandinavian Training Center (STC), located on the same street as Hotel Conrad. As our guest, you can train there for half price. STC offers a fully equipped gym as well as a wide selection of group classes.
TV / Smart TV
Each room has a TV with the following channels: TV1, TV2, TV3, TV4, TV6, TV8, TV10, SVT Barn/SVT24, Kunskapskanalen and BBC News.
Most rooms also have a Smart TV. Press the “Apps” button on the remote to log in to your own Netflix, ViaPlay, SF Anytime or YouTube account.
Don’t forget to log out when you check out – otherwise the next guest may use your account!
Guest Services / Pillow Menu
In the Gula huset and Kulturhuset, you’ll find a small selection of sweets, soft drinks and other beverages in your room, along with a price list. Guests staying in the main building can find a larger assortment at the reception.
At the reception, you can buy snacks and drinks, toiletries, polish your shoes, borrow needle and thread, request an extra pillow, bathrobe, slippers or towels – or simply stop by for a chat.
You can also borrow a clock radio, phone, mobile charger or extension cord.
We also offer newspapers, maps, tourist information and a small library with books in both Swedish and English. If you don’t finish your book before leaving, feel free to take it with you and leave another one in return.
There is one high pillow and one low pillow on each bed. If you prefer a different type – down, ergonomic or a music pillow – we have a limited number available at the reception.
Laundry Service
Need help with laundry?
Place your clothes in the laundry bag in your wardrobe and bring it to the reception – we’ll take care of the rest.
Drinking Water
Karlskrona has some of the best tap water in the world! So there’s no need to complicate things – drinking glasses are provided in your room.
Conrad’s Outdoor Bar
You will find our outdoor bar in the beautiful courtyard. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink in a cozy garden atmosphere.
*The bar is open during the summerseason (depending on weather).
Our Environmental Policy
At Hotel Conrad, we work continuously to reduce our environmental impact.
By avoiding unnecessary cleaning, we save vast amounts of water and cleaning products each year – which helps protect the planet. If you are staying more than one night, your room will not be cleaned automatically. If you would like cleaning, just book it at the reception before 21:00 – it’s free of charge.
If you want fresh towels, place the used ones on the floor. Towels are not changed automatically.
We have replaced small bathroom products with refillable pump bottles to reduce plastic waste. If you would like conditioner, body lotion or a shower cap, you may request them at the reception.
We also offer six electric-car charging stations available for guests to rent.
Non-Smoking / Fire Alarm
Please note that the entire hotel is a non-smoking area. It is also prohibited by Swedish law to smoke directly outside or in close connection the entrance. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only on the opposite side of the entrances.
If smoking in the room can be confirmed, a 5,000 SEK cleaning fee will be charged.
If the fire alarm is triggered, a 7,500 SEK emergency call-out fee will be charged.
Our fire alarm is directly connected to the emergency services for your safety. The detectors are sensitive to changes in air density, meaning they can react to steam, hairspray, deodorant sprays and similar products. Please keep the bathroom door closed when showering.
